Justin H. Kang

Justin H. Kang is the founder and current CEO of MintRobot Co., Ltd., which he established in 2016. From 2010 to 2015, he served as a team leader at AI Brain Korea, where he was responsible for robot software development. After founding MintRobot, he focused on developing precision reducers and had obtained over 20 domestic and international technology patents by 2024. In 2018, he led the development of design and control technologies for the company's first robot arm.
Later, in 2024, he developed a robot application engine that integrates artificial intelligence and virtualization technologies. As the CEO and Chief Technologist of MintRobot, he has led all aspects of hardware development, from robot components to platforms, and currently oversees software development. Additionally, he serves as a committee member of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy and a technical advisor for the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and a master’s and Ph.D. in Robotics from the University of Seoul.
