Justin H. Kang is the founder and current CEO of MintRobot Co., Ltd., which he established in 2016. From 2010 to 2015, he served as a team leader at AI Brain Korea, where he was responsible for robot software development. After founding MintRobot, he focused on developing precision reducers and had obtained over 20 domestic and international technology patents by 2024. In 2018, he led the development of design and control technologies for the company's first robot arm.

Later, in 2024, he developed a robot application engine that integrates artificial intelligence and virtualization technologies. As the CEO and Chief Technologist of MintRobot, he has led all aspects of hardware development, from robot components to platforms, and currently oversees software development. Additionally, he serves as a committee member of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy and a technical advisor for the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and a master’s and Ph.D. in Robotics from the University of Seoul.

Minsk Kang joined MintRobot in 2018 and served as a team leader until 2022. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Brand Officer (CBO), a position he currently holds. From 2012 to 2015, he was the co-founder and Creative Director of the advertising agency Healing Brush. He has worked across various industries, including cosmetics, food and beverage, and the arts, handling branding and communication design tasks and winning multiple awards in advertising and design.

Since joining MintRobot, he has been responsible for the naming and design of the company's hardware products and is currently overseeing software UX/UI design. Additionally, he manages corporate culture, brand management, and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in visual communication design from Dankook University and a master’s degree in advertising and Brand Management from Hongik University.

Giyjoo Lee officially joined MintRobot as Vice President in 2023, overseeing production and sales management. Previously, he managed the Korean office of Hitachi Metals Japan and served as CEO of Soltec, a robot automation solutions company, from 2015 to 2023, where he developed a longstanding cooperative relationship with MintRobot.

Currently, leveraging his extensive experience and network, he has achieved significant success in various sales activities at MintRobot. He is responsible for overseeing all hardware aspects necessary for robot manufacturing and automation solutions, including design, processing, and assembly. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan.
