The Pal 3 is designed with three joints for a simple and effective structure. It is ideal for uncomplicated robot systems and integrates seamlessly with orthogonal systems and automated setups, providing a cost-effective solution.

Structure

Pal 3 features Mintrobot's unique vertical planar structure. With three vertical rotation axes, it efficiently handles tasks that do not require a high degree of freedom. This design offers a straightforward and economical solution.
Payload
Pal 3 can handle a maximum payload of up to 4 kg. This makes it suitable for various light to medium tasks, such as assembly, packaging, and material handling, providing sufficient capability for general applications.
Reach
Pal 3 boasts a reach of 700 mm (total working range of 1400 mm), covering a large working area relative to its lightweight 23 kg frame. When combined with orthogonal systems, it offers even greater flexibility in its working range and can be used efficiently in confined spaces.
Speed & Torque
Pal 3 is equipped with a powerful 900W AC servo motor, making it well-suited for industrial environments that require high output. Additionally, it can achieve a rapid rotational speed of up to 540°/s (based on Axis #3), allowing for quick transport of items and increased productivity.

Safety

Certicifaction
Industrial robots move at high speeds to achieve high productivity. Therefore, various safety features are essential to ensure user safety. The Pal series has received domestic KCS safety certification and European CE certification, providing a higher level of safety for users.
* The Pal series has obtained European safety certification CE (ISO 12100:2010, ISO 13849-1:2015, EN 60204-1:2018, ISO 10218-1:2011) and has filed a voluntary safety confirmation report according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It also meets the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive.
Collision Detection Algorithm
The Pal series has a special control algorithm that detects collisions. If the robot malfunctions or is programmed incorrectly and hits an object, it senses the collision and stops immediately. This feature helps prevent damage to the robot and other equipment, and keeps people safe.
* The collision detection algorithm works without extra torque sensors, making it convenient, scalable, and cost-effective.

Usability

Connectivity
We have developed Korea's first web-based robot teaching environment. Now, you can perform jogging tasks, motion programming, and status monitoring through a web browser on any platform—PC, mobile, or tablet—anytime, anywhere.
Communication
We offer a more flexible and scalable communication method through TCP/IP-based network communication. TCP/IP enables interfacing with various external systems and software, providing greater convenience and scalability when building robot systems.
Direct Teaching
The Pal series features a collaborative operation function through compliance control, offering direct teaching capabilities typically not available in industrial robots. Users can easily move the robot by hand to program its movements, providing high convenience during maintenance and programming.
