Pal C-SCARA sets a new standard for SCARA robots. Structure

Pal C-SCARA is the first cylindrical SCARA robot introduced in Korea, featuring Mintrobot's unique structure with no limits on vertical movement. Its structure allows 360-degree rotation for unrestricted operation without cable interference. The slim arm design excels in tight spaces where traditional SCARA robots struggle to reach.
Payload
Pal C-SCARA can handle a maximum payload of up to 6 kg, providing stable and consistent performance for a wide range of component weights.
Reach
Pal C-SCARA features a reach of 600 mm, with 180-degree rotation, offering a wide working range. Additionally, its 300 mm vertical movement range allows for excellent accessibility in confined and restricted spaces.
Speed & Torque
Pal C-SCARA operates at a maximum speed of 540°/sec, powered by a strong AC motor that delivers impressive performance in high-speed tasks. Although it may be slightly slower than traditional SCARA robots, its speed is more than sufficient to enhance productivity across various industries.

Safety

Certicifaction
Industrial robots move at high speeds to achieve high productivity. Therefore, various safety features are essential to ensure user safety. The Pal series has received domestic KCS safety certification and European CE certification, providing a higher level of safety for users.
* The Pal series has obtained European safety certification CE (ISO 12100:2010, ISO 13849-1:2015, EN 60204-1:2018, ISO 10218-1:2011) and has filed a voluntary safety confirmation report according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It also meets the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive.
Collision Detection Algorithm
The Pal series has a special control algorithm that detects collisions. If the robot malfunctions or is programmed incorrectly and hits an object, it senses the collision and stops immediately. This feature helps prevent damage to the robot and other equipment, and keeps people safe.
* The collision detection algorithm works without extra torque sensors, making it convenient, scalable, and cost-effective.

Usability

Connectivity
We have developed Korea's first web-based robot teaching environment. Now, you can perform jogging tasks, motion programming, and status monitoring through a web browser on any platform—PC, mobile, or tablet—anytime, anywhere.
Communication
We offer a more flexible and scalable communication method through TCP/IP-based network communication. TCP/IP enables interfacing with various external systems and software, providing greater convenience and scalability when building robot systems.
Direct Teaching
The Pal series features a collaborative operation function through compliance control, offering direct teaching capabilities typically not available in industrial robots. Users can easily move the robot by hand to program its movements, providing high convenience during maintenance and programming.
